well por-15 is uv sensitive and will fade if not top coated so above is some of her after 2 coats of 2k epoxy primer onley metal patch that I needed to make was under the batt pan due to many years of batts leaking.
There was a 1"x3" hole I welded a 18 gauge patch with the mig then skimed it with tiger hair .
I replace all the seem sealer and por-15 the cowl after cleaning 35yrs of leaves out of it found minor pin holes wich I filled with tiger hair due to the location of said holes would require removeal of the dash to get to it with a welder besides they were very minor.
glazing putty to smooth it it out then 2 more coats of 2k and a hole shit load of sanding.
above is the 1st coat 2 more to go I went with a 2 part uerathane paint for its gloss and toughness my paint supplie discouraged me from going with a base then clear due to the clear not holding up well in a engine bay.
well slow going but getting there.
