When i try to Post something i always Get an Invalid Session.Please Resubmit the Form.

and when im just randomly going around the site i get Logged Out Automatically.

Any Idea whats wrong?

Sometimes we have issues with the log in server or what not, what do you use for a internet application, when i use AOL i get the same problem
