broke my car again

I ordered 2 Wiper Arms and i was Pulling the Drivers Side Off, and theres a Bolt on the Arm which i was trying to Loosen, and *Snap* bold fucking breaks off.

I have absofuckinglutely no idea what the Name of the Piece the Bolt was On to order another. or how much of a pita they are to install, i need one pretty soon or im going to be Screwed if it snows or Rains soon and the Arm Doesnt Work.


Im going to EMail Pontiac and Ask them why they Used shitty metal in a Necessary Part of the Car.
