Painting Interior Pieces

Anyone ever go about painting dash and trim? just want to spray it all black with a grey/silver accent on some of the pieces.

Any ideas with products or if theres a how to somewhere?

Dont do it unless you learn to do it the right way. You do it wrong and itll look like a fucking ricer did it. Thats all im gonna say.

theres specail products for it you can get at a good paint supplier.

make sure you get clear coat to put on it too but you will undoubtedly run into this during your research.

There are a number of different interior paints on the market. Sem paints is a good choice.when looking for match colors. Although auto parts stores usually have black right on the shelf
The key to a good job is to first prep the pieces being painted.First remove them from the car. Second clean them real good. Then use a adhesive promoter before you spray them. Spray several light coats of the color you desire.
I wouldn't clear coat them. Unless you want them shiney.

well ive gutted all mine out and painted everthing burgundy to match the roadnmaster seat id installed,the door panels were blue along with the dash pad(had to replace the orig.)ok ready for this ..the grey on the door panels is grey primer ...did also the back window rug works like a champ.prep,prep prep is most important,plus its all sound dampen and had to wire up the pwr seats cause orig seat werent power, new rug etc, sem is the best paint imo to use took about 8 cans,this is the only pic ive got sorry for the dirty door jam, i could take more pics when the weather is betters
