Shift Kits??

Postby thedeem0n on Fri Apr 11, 2008 1:27 pm

Okay, I Think I've probably asked this before on a different form called "Boston-Motorports.com" which seems to be gone now. But my car that I own right now (and Currently the ONLY car that I own) is a 1974 Chevelle Malibu Classic; 4-Door, 400 Small Block V8 under the hood, with either a TH-350 or a TH-400 Automatic Transmission.....It's got the stock, Bench seat in front, no center console so no (Automatic) Floor Shifter, the Shifter is up on the uuuh...Steering-Column there...
So, uuuh, what the hell does a "Shift-Kit" do? I think that shift kit's are for automatic transmissions...but what COULD a shift kit even buy me (or anybody else for that matter...)
Ok, This is Not a Charity, This is a Business
Maybe, Ya Know, one day UNICEF
will get into the impound business...
But until Then, We're the People to see...
